Ordering process at WACHTER

Step 1:  Your basket

You can put your required article in your personal basket through the detailed view of the respective article by clicking on the button “in the basket”. Please not this is not a purchase or reservation of the product yet.

 

Step 2: Your registration

Are you already a client?

If you already have an account, you need only your email address and your password to log in. New clients can register here. Commercial customers can register by our contact form. After we have sent you your access data you can log in and buy on account.

You want to order as guest?

If you like to order without registration you can continue after you have put your articles in the basket and clicked the button “Basket”. There you can check the quantity and if necessary delete or change it. Then please click the button “proceed to checkout”.

 

Now you are at the log in page.

Here you can choose if you want to log in or to continue as guest. Afterwards you have to fill in all necessary data we need from you to process your order. Then please click the button “continue”.

Here you see the shipping method and if you want you can fill in another delivery address.

Please note we comply with the strictly requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act. We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside WACHTER.

 

Step 3: Payment

Please choose one of the offered methods of payment. We offer the following methods of payment:

Prepayment via bank transfer

Paypal

Payment on account

If you like you can write a note to your order. Then you accept our terms and conditions.

Now please click the button “continue”

All your data of your order at WACHTER will be sent in encrypted form.  This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your personal data cannot be read by external parties.

 

Step 4:  Order

This overview shows you once again your complete order. Here you can make modifications when you click the button “edit”. If your data and your order is correct you send your order by clicking the button “commit to buy”.

 

Your order is sent to us. You will get a message that your order was successfully sent.

 

Conclusion of contract

The representation of the product on our online shop is a non-legally binding offer but a nonbinding online catalogue. After you have filled in your personal data and clicked the button “commit to buy” you make a binding order for the articles that are in your basket.

The confirmation of the receipt of your order you will receive directly after you sent us your order. This order is a binding offer for concluding a purchase contract. The purchase contract comes about as soon as we send you our order confirmation.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.

After your order

 

We inform you about your receipt of payment and about the shipment of your products. You also have the possibility to track your shipment when you click on the link we will send you. (Tracking via Parcel Service).
